Serves as the primal front line of our Japan Corporate A/P operations-Monitor payments and drive end-to-end improvements (Other countries in APAC may be in scope).
-Manage projects and collaborate with multiple businesses & technical owners globally
-Look after day to day operations including problem-solving and handling inquiries and escalations.
-Analysis, change management, process improvement, and creation of management information metrics & dashboards.
-Process improvements covering various areas such as timeliness and accuracy of our payment, vendor satisfaction, free cash flows and controllership.
-Manage any systematic and operational issues during invoice processing
-Support daily execution of vendor payments from our entities globally
-Maintain end to end responsibility of key AP processes
-Work with technology teams to understand, measure and improve support systems
-Respond to vendors’ and internal inquiries with focus on high customer satisfaction
-Provide controllership for the business teams to ensure that policies and procedures are met
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 8+ years of financial and/or operational experience
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Experience working with enterprise-level ERP systems
- 歓迎

- 5+ years of process improvement experience
- 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
