仕事内容: Senior Finance Manager in to partner with teams across Japan Stores to accelerate the growth.
You will lead with thought leadership and your team will support the business with financial planning, analysis, controllership and insights to enable data-driven decision making and long-term growth. It will have 4 people to manage.

-Work with JP Stores leadership team as a thought partner
-Play a key role in supporting the growth of the business.
-Identify and implement processes to evaluate our investments feeding into long term business strategies.
-Be responsible for supporting finance and business leadership in providing data driven insights to develop and execute financial strategies
-Help to establish an appropriate framework of controls and key metrics
-Build and lead a high performing finance team.

応募資格

必須: -Fluent English, preferrably Bilingual of JP & EN
-Min 10+ years, usually 16-20 years of Business Partnering /FP&A at Multinational FMCG/B2C com with tangible products. (Finance Director, Apac Finance Director, CFO etc)
*Experience to cover & control whole PL.

歓迎: - MBA Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, growing and ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to manage a team including prioritization of diverse priorities
- Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Japanese communication skill
