〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Recruit for both existing and new retail location teams.
- Promote the company's values and culture to attract top talent.
- Participate in all recruitment activities and manage the yearly recruitment cycle for the retail team.
- Set and achieve monthly recruitment goals, ensuring smooth onboarding with the training team.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and refine recruitment plans for growth and business goals.
- Adjust recruitment strategies based on market and new retail location needs.
- Build market-appropriate branding and recruitment strategies for diverse candidate outreach.
- Lead all recruitment activities from strategy to execution, using innovative methods like local partnerships, referrals, social media, events, and competitive analysis.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process, focusing on candidate hospitality.
- Maintain high-quality recruitment processes and evolve interview and evaluation methods to achieve goals.
- Collaborate on various cross-functional initiatives such as orientation, onboarding, talent planning, group interviews, compliance, and technology adoption.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 3+ years recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC skills
