仕事内容: A global automotive company is looking for a Legal Staff.
Responsibilities:

* Draft and manage international and domestic contracts such as Distribution, Supply, License, and Manufacturing Agreements
* Handle domestic and international litigation and dispute resolution cases
* Oversee corporate governance matters including Shareholder and Board of Directors Meetings
* Collaborate with external lawyers from top law firms
* Design and conduct training on topics such as Subcontract Act and antitrust law
* Provide legal counsel on data-related business models, including connectivity services

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in law or a relevant domain
* Experience in legal or compliance (law firm or equivalent)
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business level written and spoken English
