〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Assist employees with HR policies, benefits, and related queries.
- Handle social security, pension applications, medical checks, and off-boarding.
- Manage payroll tasks and maintain time records.
- Control and record the company seal; handle Government Statistics inquiries.
- Oversee office maintenance, security, cleanup, and HSE projects.
- Assist foreign visitors, including HQ executives, during their stay.
- Translate company documents and support internal communications.
- Organize onboarding tasks and support recruiting efforts.
- Update databases and maintain employee records.

- 必須

- The HR GA staff must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- They need 3 years of experience in HR & GA roles, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
- They should have experience in analyzing data and navigating HR systems.
- Basic familiarity with local employment and payroll laws is necessary.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English are needed.
- Organizational skills, including facilitation and project management, are important.
- The ability to lead cultural changes and be agile and proactive is crucial.
- Teamwork, excellent communication skills, detail orientation, integrity, and confidentiality are key attributes.
