■The role
Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for an Onsite Project Manager to be part of our client’s journey.

■Responsibilities
? Product requirement gathering by discussing with client team.
? Product requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team.
? Understand the software design from the company onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it.
? Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team
? Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...)
? Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality
? Support in building the project pipeline for future by coordinating with

応募資格

必須: ■Mandatory
? Open minded, flexible and ability to learn the medical domain and new technologies.
? Japanese language - Business level
? English language ? Business level, Ability to communicate to on-site/offshore team.
? Experience: 8+ Years

■Preferred
? Experience / knowledge in Electrical design.
? Experience / knowledge in Product development
? Experience / knowledge in Product sustenance
? Experience / knowledge in Medical domain
? English: Business level
? Experience in managing the offshore team from Japan
? Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer
