Strategic Skills
・Provide insights and analysis to support data-driven strategies for clients
・Negotiate tie-ups and long-term media buys
Client Relationship
・Build strong relationships with clients and be their main contact for anything digital
・Collaborate with performance marketing, biddable, and programmatic teams to provide regular reports
・Lead relevant parts of client meetings, including QBRs
Operating and Technical Requirements
・Collaborate with leaders and the strategy team to create campaign strategies, plans, and rationale for digital and offline media
・Manage planning, buying, negotiating, executing, and optimizing campaigns
・Oversee measurement, analysis, and reporting of digital campaigns
・Coordinate with planners, buyers, and executives to meet client expectations
・Track campaign progress and provide structured updates to clients on time
Team Player
・Mentor and provide direction to junior members
・Flags up any performance issues and seek help to manage them
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
・5+ years progressive experience in digital marketing/media experience
・3+ years of senior experience on a similar role
・Numerate and analytical
・PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
・The ability to delegate, up and downwards, to coordinate between groups and departments and to be able to sell strategies, initiatives and ideas convincingly
・Evidence of being able to influence and manage senior client stakeholders (media managers, marketing directors and country heads)

・Ideally Degree educated in a business, numerical or analytical degree e.g. economics, mathematics, statistics or engineering
・Bilingual preferred; Japanese and English; with fluency in one language and basic/business communication in the other
・Demonstrable strong strategic planning skills and experience
・Strong target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work effectively to targets
・Strong customer relationship management experience and proven ability in developing senior customer stakeholder relationships
