〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report lines: To Japan CFO, position will coordinate with Japan leadership team
- Act as a Business Partner, collaborating seamlessly with the Operations team by leveraging objective insights derived from data-based analytics.
- Engage in various business meetings with the Operations team, discussing management issues through quantitative analysis.
- Develop a revenue management framework, including Operational KPIs; work with the Operations team to forecast, monitor KPI progress, and analyze any gaps periodically.
- Produce various deliverables to meet revenue reporting needs and provide supplementary revenue and KPI analysis for management and other stakeholders.
- Accurately recognize revenue, advances received, and accounts receivable for each branch in ERP, and automate accounting procedures by integrating relevant IT systems.
- Create Power BI dashboards for Operational KPIs in collaboration with the regional IT team.
- Implement revenue recognition and cash collection mechanisms at newly acquired divisions and provide integration support to staff

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree in related field, with a minimum of 10 years' relevant mid-level finance experience.
- Deep understanding of business processes, with at least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Excel
- Passion for and strong understanding of finance automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong judgment and the ability to influence without authority.
