A global renewable energy company is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial Steam Turbine and Generator Service.Responsibilities:
* Develop sustainable service products and solutions to meet customer needs
* Gather and analyse market and competitor insights to drive growth
* Proactively prospect for new leads and opportunities
* Represent the company in negotiations and pre-contract discussions
* Conduct forecasting, reporting, and win-loss analysis
* Achieve annual sales targets for the Steam Turbine and Generators business
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
* More than 7 years of experience in the energy industry
* More than 5 years of sales and business development role
* Experience in Turbo-machinery
* Knowledge of steam turbines and generators
* Familiarity with service business in the energy industry
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level English; native level spoken Japanese
