A global financial services company is looking for a Digital Planning Promotion Engineer for AI and Digital Transformation.Responsibilities:
* Develop and promote POC and applications using generative AI and technology
* Partner with business departments to co-develop AI/DX services
* Utilise advanced technologies through AI CoE and Data Science Initiative
* Lead and participate in front-end system development
* Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies in projects
* Support collaboration and teamwork across multi-functional teams
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience with Python, Java development
* More than 3 years of experience in development using SQL and RDB
* Practical experience in front-end system development
* Prior Agile and Scrum development experience
* Hands on experience in AI/machine learning projects is a plus
* Previous development team lead experience is ideal
* Financial industry experience is preferred
* IT security/ITIL-related work experience is desired
* Possess a valid Securities Salesperson or Internal Control Officer Qualification is ideal
* Business level Japanese
