A global healthcare company is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring
* Create action plans and support suppliers to achieve quality standards
* Utilise technical expertise to resolve supplier-related challenges
* Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders on project requirements
* Provide guidance to new team members and communicate complex information clearly
* Apply professional judgment within standard practices and procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
* Experience in sourcing and supplier quality engineering
* Native level Japanese; business level English
