A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Sales Force Effectiveness.Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to achieve objectives, managing tasks and risks while supporting members' development
* Facilitate discussions with Business Unit Heads, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, HR, and global staff to propose and design the sales organisation and incentive schemes
* Cascade SFI schemes and organisational changes to stakeholders in the field
* Manage global and local awards for sales teams
* Oversee vendors to calculate sales plans and results, reporting monthly to the field
* Monitor compliance to ensure incentive design and sales organisation changes align with regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Medicine, or a related discipline
* Practical experience in people leadership and coaching
* Prior experience in a direct customer-facing role within the medical industry
* Experience in working SFE or sales planning
* Basic knowledge in data management and analysis
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English
