A global medical equipment company is seeking a Governance Risk Compliance Business Partner Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support the EDCO in developing, implementing, and improving the company's Compliance Management System
* Provide proactive compliance guidance to the Chief Manufacturing Supply Chain Officer (CMSO)
* Act as liaison between Compliance teams globally and CMSO, coordinating risk assessment and mitigation strategies
* Offer compliance direction to CMSO, covering policies, risks, and corrective actions
* Represent Compliance in leadership committees, promoting compliance practices company-wide
* Develop compliance policies and standards, ensuring alignment with business needs
* Conduct risk assessments and testing to drive continuous improvement in compliance efforts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
* More than 10 years of compliance management or legal roles experience in life sciences or medical device industry
* More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams or cross-functional projects
* Strong knowledge of international compliance laws and regulations
* Proficiency in planning, project management, and deadline management
* Possess a valid MBA, LLM, J.D., or relevant
* Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEFL 100+ or TOEIC 700+)
