A global eyewear manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager.Responsibilities:
* Analyse the Japanese market to identify opportunities and initiate action
* Provide regular business reviews to corporate and regional teams
* Develop a business plan and long-term strategies for brand growth
* Craft and lead marketing plans, aligning with both global and local priorities
* Oversee brand and sports marketing execution in collaboration with internal teams
* Define product assortments and launch strategies for new collections
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 5-10 years of brand management experience (sports or retail industry is ideal)
* Proven brand strategy and business acumen
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Business level English and Japanese
