A multinational information technology company is looking for a Program Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
* Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment
* Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Work with other Project Managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
* Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks
* Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of experience as an onsite IT Project Manager (cloud, infra, or AI area is preferred)
* Experience in managing multiple projects
* Solid background with managing Japanese customers
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Valid working visa in Japan (visa sponsorship not available)
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English is a plus
