A multinational cosmetics company is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute the digital strategy for initiatives for brands
* Build up a trustful liaison with multi-functional team members
* Oversee paid media strategy and planning for its further ROI
* Cultivate and create a strong network between global and local teams of digital experts
* Develop and deploy monthly data reporting of core KPIs to all markets and stakeholders
* Report back progresses to top management on a quarterly basis
* Responsible for own budget management while optimising its spending on priority and maximise its ROI
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience leading digital strategy for global brands
* Prior experience in the beauty industry is advantageous
* Creativity and innovation management
* Background in project and process management
* Data-driven and focused on excellent execution
* Strong business acumen
* Business level English
