An international industrial technology manufacturer is searching for a Japan IT Leader.Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the global IT team to align Japan's IT initiatives with the overall company strategy
* Manage the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet local business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
* Identify opportunities for IT to drive innovation and improvement in business performance
* Communicate complex IT concepts to non-IT personnel in a clear and understandable manner
* Manage local IT vendors and partners, ensuring they meet standards and deliver value to the business
* Ensure compliance with local and global IT policies, standards, and regulations
* Provide leadership and guidance to the local IT team, fostering their professional growth and development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in information technology, business administration, or a related field
* More than 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role (MNC environment is preferred)
* Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
* Proven track record in managing IT projects and aligning IT services with business goals
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation initiatives
* Good understanding of the application landscape covering CRM, SRM, ERP, MES, SCM, BI
* Proficient in Japanese and English
