* Resolve hardware and software issues for customers
* Assist product and software development departments
* Collaborate with on-site maintenance technicians and Level 3 support teams
* Advise on server products, networking, storage, and operating systems
* Lead problem-solving efforts and improve customer satisfaction
* Prepare reports on issue status and resolution
Requirements:
* Experience in HW or SW maintenance engineering
* Prior account management experience
* Excellent storage support skills
* Skills in SDS
* Business level English
