A global cosmetics company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee catalog management, including new launches and product rationalisation
* Manage sales forecasts and the S&OP process
* Build baseline forecasts and consolidate sales projections from Sales and Marketing
* Ensure consistency between commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history
* Build global supply plans based on validated sales forecasts and procurement parameters
* Guide and support team development and engagement
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning (demand planning is a plus)
* Experience in SAP is a plus
* Prior experience in Futurmaster or similar planning software is preferred
* Background in engineering, math, or scientific domain is ideal
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Business level English and Japanese
