An international automation manufacturing system is searching for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage, guide, coach, and direct a team of Sales Engineers
* Properly forecast and close vision solutions with End Users, Partners, and OEMs
* Conduct customer visits with field sales to close business
* Provide an accurate sales forecast based on data
* Ensure that the funnel is updated daily by sales engineers
* Assist in the negotiation of pricing and terms and conditions for large solution sales
* Recruit sales engineers for the company
Requirements:
* Technical degree or above (MBA is preferred)
* 5-8 years of professional experience
* Prior sales experience selling into organisations where engineering is a key decision-maker
* Proven track record of sales performance in vision and sensor sales
* Experience working with CRM software
* Professional level Japanese and English
