A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain staffing, employee relations, and training programs
* Align policies and programs with corporate objectives
* Promote a "Patient First" culture across the organisation
* Advise managers and employees on HR issues and organisational development
* Build effective relationships with management and employees
* Lead recruitment and performance management initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal
* More than 7 years of experience in human resources
* Experience in the international business setting
* Prior experience supporting manufacturing environment is a plus
* Knowledge of HR management concepts
* Excellent PC skills
* Business level written and spoken English; proficient in reading, written, and verbal Japanese
