A global cosmetics company is looking for a Supply Planner.Responsibilities:
* Establish supply parameters in line with stock and service policies
* Analyse global demand variations and consolidate forecasts
* Conduct monthly and weekly supply planning and stock analysis
* Manage the replenishment process and prioritise with external suppliers
* Investigate shortages, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
* Monitor stock levels, slow movers, and define action plans
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning
* Experience in supply or production planning is a plus
* Prior engineering, math, or scientific background is a preferred
* Proven experience in SAP is ideal
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Business level Japanese and English
