A renowned international cosmetics company is looking for a Division Partner Team Manager, Purchasing.Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead team vision and roadmap
* Anticipate market needs and provide solutions
* Monitor purchasing operations and ensure compliance
* Promote purchasing excellence and maximise KPI performance
* Manage supplier compliance and optimise supplier pool
* Leverage S2P system and improve efficiency
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of experience in indirect purchasing (FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical company is preferred)
* Experience in cross functional projects
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Prior experience in S2P system is a plus
* Fluent business English; proficient in Japanese is ideal
