A global energy company is looking for a Contract Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure contracts follow management methodologies
* Prepare tenders, review terms, and identify risks
* Collaborate with legal to draft and finalise agreements
* Support sales in risk review and contractual sessions
* Oversee contract execution, claims, and ensure obligations are met
* Assess contract success and provide lessons learned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law
* More than 5 years of experience in risk management, contract management, legal, or a relevant domain
* Experience in contract management functions and processes in project execution or the legal or commercial department of EPC energy projects
* Prior experience in industrial plants or manufacturing of complex industrial products
* Proven experience in contract negotiation, change management, claim management, and contract-related legal issues
* Background within globally staffed teams and with international contractual partners
* Proficient in English and Japanese
