A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for an SCM Manager.Responsibilities:
* Run monthly demand planning with Account Managers, updating sales forecasts
* Collect and assess demand forecasts, updating restricted demand
* Create monthly inventory and production plans based on forecasts, production capacity, and raw material supply
* Monitor blocked sales orders and take necessary action
* Manage inventory levels at the production site and warehouse
* Initiate and manage material creation, changes, or deletions in the system
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a relevant domain
* More than 5 years of professional experience
* Experience in leadership and team management
* Prior experience in demand planning or supply chain management is a plus
* Knowledge of demand planning tools and software (SAP systems, forecasting models, etc.)
* Business level Japanese and English
