A global financial services company is looking for a Middle Office Staff in charge of Real Estate Finance.Responsibilities:
* Manage agency services for real estate finance clients and syndicate lenders
* Oversee portfolio management, including covenants, collaterals, and accounts
* Support front office in transaction execution and report generation
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including financial security
* Maintain knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and internal policies
* Complete mandatory training to maintain professional competence
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of banking experience in structured finance
* Experience in real-estate finance, telecom finance, leveraged finance, aircraft finance, etc., is preferred
* Strong IT skills
* Knowledge of real-estate finance
* Proficient in Japanese and English
