経理財務は本ポジションを含む4名体制となり、部下3名をマネジメント頂きます。本ポジションの前任者は同社に約30年、また経理財務部門の他メンバーも10年以上勤務している方が多く、定着率の良い実績のある企業に安心感をもって入社頂けます。
■役員層とのかかわり
レポート先の日本社長、APAC Finance Controllerのほか、APACのリージョンヘッドとも頻繁にコンタクトを取るポジションです。意思決定に深くかかわる機会にもなります。
〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Perform financial management duties.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments
- Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts
- Support strategic business plans
- Monitoring of company’s internal controls
- Management of finance department members
- Reporting finance status to country manager, group finance manager and take any actions for achieving budget with managers
- Provide financial support for corporate planning department’s strategic planning
- Support creating, monitoring, analyzing sales and margin with sales
- Cost improvement with factory managers
- FTE and payroll cost improving with HR manager
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in small to mid-size manufacturing company
- Proven proficiency in financial analysis and strategic development
- Familiarity with IFRS and JGAAP
- Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations
- Business level English, and native level Japanese
- Experience in managing and processing with an internal control
