【業務内容詳細】
-Perform KPI analysis and cost estimation, identify issues related to distribution center and fulfillment center operations, and develop improvement plans to enhance business and service levels.
-Optimize the DC/FC network to align with store formats.
-Research and evaluate new automation technologies to drive logistics excellence within supply chain networks.
-Forecast monthly logistics costs and analyze actual expenses based on DC transaction data.
-Conduct cost-benefit analysis for operational changes and business optimizations.
-Share information on KPIs, logistics market trends, and other relevant data with third-party partners.
-Negotiate and coordinate efforts for business improvements and enhanced service levels.
-Drive the achievement of goals (KPIs) and guide actions through monthly performance reviews.
-Monitor and manage all logistics KPIs.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
- A degree in transport, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a logistics-related role.
In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the transport sector in Japan.
Preferably, prior experience in retail FMCG distribution services within Japan.
Experience in managing third-party transport contracts with multiple providers, including negotiation and oversight.
Background in working with a transport company would be beneficial.
Familiarity with working in a multinational company is a plus.
Strong collaborative approach, with proven ability to lead senior management teams and achieve results.
