A renowned fruit production company is seeking a Finance Controller.Responsibilities:
* Produce sales volume and revenue reports
* Prepare monthly cash flow and treasury reports
* Generate YTD financials monthly
* Submit quarterly PL reforecast
* Prepare next fiscal year's budget by mid-September
* Analyse budget vs actual results and trends
* Conduct ad hoc strategic analysis
* Collaborate to optimise cash flow and management
* Oversee finance functions and compliance
* Review costs for efficiencies and process improvements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance
* 5-10 years of experience in financial accounting, planning analysis, management control, business planning, cash flow, etc.
* Knowledge of accounting and finance
* Understanding of FP&A, treasury, and cash reforecasting
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Possess valid accounting or finance-related certification is ideal
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
