A global electronic solutions provider is seeking a Technical Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work with assigned accounts to achieve their goals and demonstrate new product features
* Conduct regular health checks and review customer environments to meet KPI expectations
* Implement technical upgrades to enhance functionality
* Ensure services are consistently upgraded and meet SLA requirements
* Identify solution gaps and provide feedback to the Product Management team
* Propose innovative solutions and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience in a large multinational company
* 5-7 years of experience in a high degree of customer interaction and account management in a technical setting
* Prior programming experience (- C, C++, C#, .NET, or Java)
* Proven experience in troubleshooting technical problems
* Background in Linux, Unix, or Solaris
* Fluent level English
