A global industrial manufacturer is looking for an EMS Procurement Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing solutions to achieve business results and work closely with business units and suppliers
* Perform complex contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships
* Identify and implement process improvements for cost reduction and sourcing best practices
* Provide sourcing analysis and develop strategic solutions for distribution of business and supplier management
* Support new product introductions by assembling project teams and ensuring project objectives are met
* Ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business goals and communicate progress to management
Requirements:
* High school diploma or above in engineering
* More than 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing
* Practical experience in Electronics and Metals Market
* Project management training or experience
* Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
* Professional working level Japanese and English
