Negotiate contracts and manage designated accounts in line with established targets, goals, and guidelines.
Develop tailored solutions for assigned clients, ensuring value is added throughout the process.
Ensure adherence to sales management procedures by providing accurate and timely updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) and sales systems.
Proactively track monthly performance against set targets and quickly address any deviations.
Create and maintain account plans according to the key account planning process, including approval of the overall strategy.
Successfully transition new business to operations, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled and commitments are met.
Build lasting partnerships with assigned customers by conducting regular business review sessions, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
Act as an industry expert and cultivate external relationships with senior management in customer organizations.
