Negotiate contracts and manage assigned accounts in line with established targets, goals, and guidelines.
Develop tailored solutions for assigned clients, ensuring value creation throughout the process.
Ensure adherence to sales management processes by providing accurate and timely updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) and sales systems.
Proactively track monthly performance against set targets and promptly address any deviations.
Create and maintain account plans following the key account planning process, including approval of the overall strategy.
Effectively transition new business to operations, ensuring customer requirements are met and commitments fulfilled.
Build sustainable partnerships with assigned customers through regular business review sessions, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
Serve as an industry expert and cultivate external relationships with senior management in customer organizations.
