Ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and gross profit confirmation in accordance with financial accounting policies.
Review and index incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all transactions are accurately accrued and address any rate discrepancies.
Coordinate with CCL and OCC teams to ensure the timely closing of FSL for all files and resolve any discrepancies.
Standardize charge codes and tariffs for invoicing and payables.
Collaborate with CCL and OCC teams to enhance AutoFSL rates.
Manage local charge maintenance in SeaRates and TQT in partnership with the pricing manager and team.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all operational finance data throughout its lifecycle.
