Implement, monitor, and track QSHE targets and programs, including KN Solutions, to align with the business growth strategy and customer needs, ensuring effective use of QSHE system tools through digitalization.
Ensure adherence to processes from the integrated management system (QMS) and Corporate Guidelines at all organizational levels.
Plan and conduct internal audits and site inspections to verify compliance with ISO standards and local procedures.
Assist in and participate in external audits, including those from third parties (customers and suppliers) and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Lead and support investigations into QSHE incidents, such as health and safety or quality issues.
Assist in risk analyses, like safety risk assessments and security gap analyses, and develop preventive measures through effective CAPA management and training.
Monitor activities, follow up, and escalate any poor QSHE performance to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Review and update Business Continuity Management plans.
