Develop local marketing strategies and omni-channel campaigns in alignment with the Global Marketing Plan and the specific needs of Japan and Taiwan, focusing on design, implementation, and optimization.
Conduct market research to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), identify customer personas and their pain points, and create customer segments for effective marketing tactics in key countries.
Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence on content strategies, calendars, and digital marketing KPIs, optimizing them continuously while coordinating with external agencies for campaign briefings and follow-up.
Work closely with key stakeholders at both global and local levels.
Establish KPIs for each campaign, monitor performance, and provide regular reports and analyses to stakeholders, facilitating ongoing discussions about marketing developments.
Create essential marketing content for relevant solutions in the portfolio.
Plan and execute webinars and participate in selected exhibitions in collaboration with local stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence.

Demonstrated experience in creating customer personas, designing and implementing lead generation campaigns, and segmenting accounts.
Proven expertise in developing and executing paid media and creative briefs.
Skilled in marketing research, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
Strategic thinker with a successful track record in omnichannel marketing execution and managing related KPIs.
