Enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by collaborating with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
Build strong relationships with customer contacts through regular interactions and proactive support.
Assess inquiries and provide quotes within set price ranges, ensuring follow-up for acceptance.
Assist with customer onboarding, integrating requirements into the KN systems.
Collaborate with Finance and the Revenue Care Center (RCC) to adjust credit limits and address challenges.
Document and analyze complaints to identify and resolve root causes.
Create and refine customer reports.
Meet all financial targets and strategic objectives.
