A renowned manufacturing company is looking for an HR Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of strategic talent and organisational effectiveness support across business units
* Partner with BU leadership to analyse and prioritise business challenges and implement HR solutions
* Coordinate with HR Solutions and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to drive HR services
* Contribute to HR model improvements for enhanced performance and BU growth
* Represent the business within the HR Leadership team
* Develop HR strategies to support diverse business models and complexity
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in HR field
* More than 8 years of professional working experience in HR environment
* More than 6 years of HR Generalist/HRBP related experience
* More than 3 years of managerial experience preferred
* Experience working in global or international organisations
* Leadership experience representing HR (internally and externally)
* Experience with Organisation Design and Talent and Management Development
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
