A global technology company is seeking a Head of B2B Marketing APACLAT. The selected candidate will lead and develop marketing strategies, driving growth and brand awareness in the region through targeted, multi-channel approaches.
仕事内容
A global technology company is seeking a Head of B2B Marketing APACLAT.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee the APLAT B2B marketing strategy and budget
* Build and lead regional marketing functions, including customer and channel marketing, events, demand generation, and NPI launches
* Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead conversion and revenue generation
* Identify, measure, and report on key KPIs aligned with global metrics
* Collaborate with Global Marketing teams to maintain brand strategy and develop regional growth tactics
* Drive marketing culture focused on creating targeted solutions to accelerate growth and awareness
* Develop customer relationships with enterprises, educational institutions, and government entities through key channel partnerships
* Support regional joint go-to-market opportunities with global partners
* Guide in-region marketing teams in planning and executing initiatives to support B2B's rapid growth



Requirements:

* More than 5 years of experience in managing and building marketing teams
* More than 5 years of experience in managing culturally and geographically diverse teams (Asia Pacific and Latin America)
* Proven senior marketing/digital experience in Enterprise hardware technology solutions into Government, Education, Fortune 1000, or SLE institutions
* Hands-on experience in SaaS marketing experience is ideal
* Experience working with Enterprise business-to-business resellers in DMR, Distribution, SP, integrator, and VAR channels
* Proven track record and experience working with/managing CRM tools, lead generation, and sales cycle management processes (Salesforce)
* Strong knowledge of Marketo or like Marketing Automation systems
