【業務内容詳細】
-Reports to the Managing Director
-Roughly 5 staff in team
-Oversee the customer service function
-Align customer service practices with Company and Regional policies to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the Sales Director to support the Sales team in meeting yearly targets by providing efficient back-office support
-Ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
-Establish robust customer service operations to meet service level targets, supporting the commercial strategy.
-Oversee the creation of customer service policies (e.g., MOQ, delivery lead time, frequency) to minimize costs while maintaining or enhancing customer service standards.
-Oversee the Demand and Supply Planning Team
-Maintain efficient logistics operations, balancing optimized costs and manpower
-Ensure optimal finished goods inventory, materials, and maximum utilization of production capacity to achieve customer satisfaction
-Oversee cost-effective investments in logistics and warehousing, in line with both short- and long-term strategies of the local office
-Support Managing Director in overseeing the rollout of business guidelines set by the Regional Leads
-Identify industry trends and disruptive technologies to enable functions in supporting evolving customer needs
-Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making across enabling functions
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-University Degree.
-10+ years of experience in managing back-office functions, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing
-5+ years of management-level experience
-Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
-Experience in implementing ERP solutions, particularly SAP, is a plus
-Expertise in technical, process engineering, and business aspects of cross-border project management
-Strong focus on business objectives and customer needs
-Excellent presentation skills
