〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop strategies to fill positions quickly and communicate effectively with recruiting agents.
- Ensure job descriptions (JDs) are clear, attractive, and continually improved for faster candidate acquisition.
- Work with recruiting agencies, HR, and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Identify and resolve challenges in attracting a sufficient candidate pool.
- Organize discussions with hiring managers to propose solutions for sourcing challenges.
- Conduct initial CV screenings and coordinate timely feedback with hiring managers.
- Arrange interviews and gather feedback to improve candidate quality where necessary.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a high offer acceptance rate.
- Handle candidate inquiries and oversee pre-joining follow-up.
- Transfer new hire details to HR administration systems.
- Launch and manage direct sourcing initiatives in collaboration with the Global TA team.
- Plan and execute strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment activities.
- Use and promote Avature for global alignment in recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve any technical issues.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Prepare and present hiring status reports to HR management.
- Manage recruitment expense forecasting.
- Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to other HR team members as needed.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- 3+ years in talent acquisition with a track record of hiring 15+ regular employees annually in mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like Avature and SAP is a plus.
- Direct sourcing experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices and processes.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and solve problems effectively.
