Support of monthly payroll operation and benefit related task while ensuring procedures are adhered to legal requirements and company regulations
Lead the delivery of daily HR operations, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data.
Lead and support upcoming C&B/HRIS projects. (both local and global)
Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with local laws by staying updated on legislative changes.
Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary review, bonus calculations, and other benefit programs.
Partner with vendors to ensure best practices and compliance.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Continuously work to improve and digitalize C&B infrastructure and process.
Responding to inquiry from employee and other function on daily basis.
Manager administrative job in related to C&B and HRIS.

University degree
A minimum of 5-6 years' practical experience in C&B role
Solid working experience in a leading company
Ability to manage multi task
Strong and constructive leadership skill
Work autonomously and demonstrate a positive enthusiastic attitude
Highly professional with established relationship building skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work openly, flexibly and adaptable
Good communication skills: Business-level Japanese language proficiency (including reading and writing) and fluent English skill
