A global leader in information technology services seeks a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Understand the Japanese market and industry landscape
* Prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships
* Manage accounts for sustained growth
* Build rapport and trust with clients
* Identify and develop sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
* Lead key account meetings and maintain customer relations
* Achieve sales targets and objectives
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely forecasts
* Support customers with ongoing needs and issue resolution
* Collaborate effectively with internal sales, delivery, and support teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant domain (Engineering is ideal)
* More than 5 years of experience in sales for engineering and digital services
* Understanding of CRM software
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
