An international automotive parts manufacturer is searching for a Business Development Director.Responsibilities:
* Travel regularly to build relationships with higher levels of management within Japanese OEMs
* Manage the duties and responsibilities of the Business Development team
* Identify viable target programs consistent with our capabilities
* Develop and implement a tactical selling plan consistent with growth objectives
* Set goals for the Business Development team that align with the company's business objectives
* Market and influence the decision process to specify technologies
* Assist the Business Development team in presenting manufacturing capabilities through presentations, videos, sample boards, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of related experience
* Experience in the automotive or manufacturing is preferred
* Knowledge of tooling, moulding, painting, and chrome plating processes
* Strong presentation skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Lives near Tokyo
* Fluent level Japanese and English
