A global internet technology company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a hybrid setup role.Responsibilities:
* Manage ER cases, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and complex absences to successful resolution
* Conduct independent investigations of HR-related concerns, applying critical thinking to analyse evidence
* Provide counsel on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and regional employment practices
* Maintain detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports and issue analysis
* Curate and deliver training to enhance HRBP and leader effectiveness in employee relations
* Build partnerships with business leaders and HR Business Partners to sustain positive employee relations practices
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of employee relations experience
* Practical experience in partnering with various key stakeholders
* Understanding of the Asia Pacific employment law and regulatory frameworks
* Ability to work within a complex, fast paced, and challenging business environment
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
