A global industrial technology company is looking for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee lease and sales activities for targeted sectors
* Implement sales and marketing initiatives tailored to specific regions
* Assess local business conditions and competitive landscape
* Build customer connections and explore new opportunities
* Investigate and engage with potential business areas
* Manage strategies for product development and market expansion
* Maintain customer satisfaction levels
* Create and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in food science, chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering, or a relevant domain is a plus
* More than 10 years of experience in direct sales in B2B capital equipment or process industry (food and beverage domain is ideal)
* Experience in capital equipment sales
* Understanding of food and beverage process engineering
* Prior experience in equipment integration, servicing, and solutions is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Business level Japanese and English
