A global software company is seeking a CRM Product Sales Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle for the CRM product using a sales-assisted approach
* Lead CRM-focused demos to align business outcomes with client needs
* Develop deep product knowledge to showcase customer ROI
* Serve as a product owner, coordinating with teams to improve CRM offerings
* Stay informed on industry trends to enhance product competitiveness
* Drive strategies to scale the CRM product
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of sales experience in an enterprise closing role at a SaaS company
* Experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
* Prior experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
* Proven experience dealing with complex deals with various stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
