A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support financial matters in M&A activities and bids
* Prepare forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans with the Finance business partner
* Review journals, trial balances, and reconciliations for accuracy
* Oversee month-end financial reporting and management accounts
* Coordinate funding forecasts and execute cash drawdowns
* Supervise outsourced accountants and potentially lead in-house transitions
Requirements:
* Background in JGAAP and IFRS
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Experience in energy or infrastructure is preferred
* Possess valid accountant qualification in Japan
* Native level Japanese; business level English
