A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Manager Sourcing.Responsibilities:
* Build deep technical and commercial knowledge of materials and categories supported
* Monitor global market conditions and adjust sourcing strategies to reduce risk
* Innovate sourcing solutions to lower total supply costs
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
* Lead global supply strategies across multifunctional teams
* Manage key supplier relationships and performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 8-10 years of professional experience
* More than 8 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or commercially oriented business dealing with complex negotiations
* Experience in commercial negotiations, business planning, strategy development, and execution
* Understanding of the chemical industry is preferred
* Fluent level Japanese and English
