A global machinery manufacturer is looking for a Sales Leader.Responsibilities:
* Lead sales efforts and manage P&L in the life sciences sector
* Drive new business and exceed sales and profit targets
* Utilise resources to meet targets within planned expenditure
* Ensure customer needs are met and growth opportunities are identified
* Collaborate with Group Supply to provide technical and commercial support
* Oversee new product launches and marketing campaigns
* Provide sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (biotechnology or engineering is ideal)
* Experience with CRM
* Prior experience in Bio process, medical, or life science domain is a plus
* Proven experience related to technical personnel and pump products is preferred
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in English
